I totally get how annoying it can be to be stuck on the phone forever, especially when you're trying to wrap up your EOFY finalisation. No worries, I'm here to help!
You've already done some key steps by running the payroll register and payroll activity reports and making sure their figures match. Next, you'll need to send an update event to your STP reporting screen and wait for it to be accepted by the ATO. This should update the figures on your EOFY.
