This error is related to 3rd party app developers using an old version of Internet Explorer that hasn't been supported since 2022. The developers of these apps will need to upgrade to a supported browser in order for services to be restored.
We have released a patch that should mitigate the issues with the "Allow Access" window. This may not fix any issues with redirecting the user to the app after authentication.
If developers require further assistance, please contact the API team using this form.

The message you're seeing from the MYOB Tax Dashboard is a standard request to grant permission for the dashboard to access certain areas of your MYOB account. This access is necessary for the Tax Dashboard to retrieve and use the relevant information it needs to process your PAYG lodgment accurately.

Hi Isaiah_C This message has NEVER come up for us before, we always just went into this dashboard and lodged the statements without issue. Has this bit of the application been updated to use a 3rd party application, instead of an inbuilt feature? People are concerned because of the change of behaviour and rightly so with all the Cyber security risks out there today. If this is a change to the application, people should have been notified that this would happen and that they would need to approve access to something they have always just used.

than kyou for your response - can you explain why the message is coming up in the 10+ years of MYOB use its never happened before - as per the below responses this is a new thing that has popped up for many of us out of the blue - never popped up before and we dont understand why its popping up now - MYOB has offered no explanation to this and your just telling us to just accept it and allow 3rd part access to this platform
why wasnt a response put out from MYOB before this happened to warn us so we knew it was ok - surely you can see our concerns with a random approval request popping upwith so much cyber theft going around we are only trying to be vigilant with protecting our data and files
simply saying " its fine just accept it MYOB will protect you" is not a response at all in my opinion
why is auskey even trying to get access - your forums clearly state in 2020 that auskey was retired and superseded how come its coming back?
