Hi nursery
Thank you for your post. When the time is recorded on a device, it also records the timezone. Then when it is viewed the system translates the times to the time zone of the current device.
So for example, if you entered a time and your phone had you in GMT +11. Then you open MYOB team on a computer that has GMT +10 in the settings, it may look like the time is incorrect, but it adjusts it based on the computer settings.
I recommend checking that the time zone on both devices are set up correctly (including daylight savings time if relevant for your state).

Just working through your emailed suggestions, and perplexed as to how the time zone of individual phones and the time zone of computers makes a difference when the app which is being used .... the myob file is on the cloud, is that where the time zone is set? What is the recommendation for our computers and devices if we are in NSW Australia, and you mention GMT +11 or GMT +10 but our computers have UTC + 11 or + 10 on them. Please let me know how the information can be saved and submitted as an actual figure and then on arrival be another amount, doesnt the app on the devices save the actual amount which was input and submitted. I clearly need more clarification I am sorry to say! Many thanks in advance.
