Approved rostered hours instead of Submitted hours

Hello,

When approving timesheets I have mistakenly approved rostered hours rather than submitted hours. Is there a way to reverse this so the correct submitted times can be approved?

    Hey Dave16,

     

    Sorry, there’s no option to reverse approved rostered hours. What you can do is adjust the hours directly in the pay run based on the employees’ submitted times so the correct hours are processed and paid.
