MYOB Teams - Roster

Hi

We ran out of time & haven't created this weeks roster in MYOB Teams, can you please tell me how we create a past roster for this pay fortnight.

    When you’re setting up rosters, you’ll only be able to pick dates going forward. If that’s a bit of a pain, you can always just use timesheets in MYOB Teams without needing to bother with the roster bit.

    Our roster has duplicated for the same period - one before we added 2 new employees and another after adding them rather than amended the existing roster for the week. The flow on affect is that the timesheets for the week are not showing in our Approving Managers app - how to fix this?

    Hi amy2947,

     

    Thanks for explaining that. If the roster has duplicated for the same week, that can affect what shows in the Approving Managers app. A few things to check first:

     

    • Open MYOB Teams and make sure the timesheets for that week are sitting against the correct dates and employees.
    • Check whether the affected employees were added into the new duplicated roster only, or whether their timesheets are sitting under the earlier version of the week.
    • In the Approving Managers app, confirm you’re looking at the right pay period or week.
    • Refresh the app by signing out and back in, then check the week again. 

    Rosters can only be created for dates going forward, and that timesheets can still be used without relying on the roster feature.

     

    If the timesheets are still not showing after those checks, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can look at the roster and timesheet records with you.
