MYOB Team App - Password Reset?

A team member forgot his password on the MYOB Team App. When we click Forgot Password, it's useless as it only takes us to the help page.

 

WHAT TO DO IN THIS INSTANCE PLEASE? THANKS

    Since a team member has forgotten his password for the MYOB Team app, after they click on "Forgot Password," that would really take him to the help page. The help page contains detailed instructions on how to reset his password. If he's still having issues with his password, make sure to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.

    Hi GhettoSnowball,

     

    Thanks for calling this out. We’ve seen cases where the Forgot password option in the MYOB Team app loops back to the help page instead of sending the reset email.

     

    As a workaround, you can open a browser on the phone or computer, go to team.myob.com, enter the same email used for MYOB Team, then select Forgotten your password? and follow the reset email prompts. Once that’s done, sign back in to the app using the same email and the new password.

    This is not a solution. The help page does NOT have detailed instructions, it sends you in the same circle which is to go back to the app, select 'forgot password', enter your email address so it will send you an email BUT, when you select 'forgot password' it sends you to the help page which just tells you to select 'forgot password' to get the email... which you can't get because it just takes you to the help page again.

    Help!!

    We have employees who missed the deadline to accept their invitation. Removing and adding them again doesn't fix the problem. They are stuck in the above loop and even trying to use virtual assistant won't answer anything about MYOB Teams troubleshooting.
