MYOB TEAM ISSUE

About a month back we had issues with adding employees to MYOB TEAM. The issue is fixed, however, another one has surfaced....i have added the new employee and sent an invite to join our roster, they receive the invite but when they click to create an account and they enters their email it says an account already exists, but have never used it before
