Myob Teams not working again

Is anyone currently having issues with teams??

 

this is the third payroll i have had the wheel of death circling and the link pointing to time out.

Have done all the cache clearing, logging in logging out etc.  Really starting to get annoyed with this -  holds up the payroll every week

    Hi MichBrown,

     

    The ol' spinning wheel of doom. Never a welcome sight, especially on payroll day. We haven't had any other reports about customers having trouble with MYOB Team, so it might just be something local on your end. Sounds like you've already given the usual fixes a crack (cache clearing, logging in and out). Next step I'd try is jumping into MYOB Team on a different browser or even another device to see if that smooths things out. If it's still being stubborn, best bet is to hit up our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount, so we can dig a bit deeper for you and get you back to paying the team without the drama.
