Hi tom-pemberton,
That's definitely not ideal, especially when things disappear after you've just added them. At the moment there isn't a fix available yet, but the good news is our dev team is actively digging into it to work out what's going on and get it sorted. For now, the best place to keep an eye on things is the MYOB Status Hub. We'll update it as soon as there's progress, and it'll also show once the issue is resolved so you don't have to keep chasing it.
