Clients Not Syncing in MYOB Practice

I have created a new client in MYOB AO, and even completed their tax returns. 

However, can not send them to sign as I cant set up a MYOB portal because my client in AO is not Syncing in MYOB Practice Clients. 

I have looked everywhere to try and find a solution, without any success. 

I watched the Tutorial and I noticed that there is an Import and Create buttons, which are not on my screen in MYOB Practice Clients 

Below is a screen shot from the tutorial that shows the two buttons in question, the ones that I can not see on my version. Have I not got an updated version of the software? 

Can someone please help me get this to work.
