Syncing Invoices with another program
Hi we have an online ordering system for our customers which should then sync with myob. I have an issue with an invoice not syncing over into MYOB. Our online ordering provider is telling me it is synced on their end and to contact MYOB for further assistance.

Seems like there might be an issue with the integration between your online ordering system and MYOB. Since your provider has confirmed that the sync is working on their end, I would recommend disconnecting and then reconnecting the integration. This can sometimes resolve sync issues.
