Moving the Document Manager file store to a network location

Hi Jacksen

Thanks for the reply. A few questions:

 

  1. Are you running your own domain and did you have to set additional permissions at the domain level for this to work?
  2. Is the network drive mounted or are you pointing it at "\\network-drive\file-store"
  3. Have you left the MYOB server running all the services as the local system user or did you change these?

If you have any other tips, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apologies, I think I've misunderstood your current configuration & desired outcome.  SQL and DM are on a seperate machine to our workstations/Terminal server. So DM is a local drive within the SQL server, but on the network for our workstations.
