MYOB AE Practice Manager additional report - download stuck on loop

hi, i'm trying to download [Client 5 Year Fee Analysis by Partner Family Groups 2019.rpt]

 

when i click, all i see is a activity circle looping and nothing downloads. have tried other reports and other years. same. loop.

 

can MYOB support please email to me?

    Sorry about that.  I have investigated the specific MYOB Knowledge base article and the issue has been resolved. 

     

    Can you please access it again via http://help.myob.com/wiki/x/wk3nAQ and download the required report.

     

    We are currently fixing other links.  If you find other attachments won't auto download from our Knowledge Base articles, please right click and select 'Open Link in a new tab' to download the file.
