MYOB Practice Bank Feed Connecting Issue . Access Denied

Can someone please help me understand how to connect my bank feed? I was earlier working with an accounting firm who handled everything. I have paid for MYOB license through direct debit but am not the account owner it seems. The bank account was not connected previously either. 

 

Please help me connect so I can manage my finances better. Is there a support mail id for MYOB ?

    I'm sorry if we're not able to reply right away. I can confirm that you were added as the owner of the account last Thursday, and your application for bank feeds is currently under processing. You may also check out this Help article, Managing your bank feeds, for further information about bank feeds.
