why do non-tax clients appear on lists for tax notices?
Hey Philip,
Once you select "No" for these clients on if they are tax clients or not, this will stop tax notices from generating from that point onward.
For any tax notices already created you will need to mark them as 'Not Required'.

This is definitely not the solution as all of this was done long ago and it does not stop non-tax clients appearing on tax notice listings.

Could you please navigate to the client settings and select 'No' on if this client is a tax client? This will mark the client as a non-tax client going forward

Yes they are all marked with no but all appear on listings for tax notices, any other suggestions?
