Tax payment advice to clients

why do non-tax clients appear on lists for tax notices?

    Hey Philip,

    Once you select "No" for these clients on if they are tax clients or not, this will stop tax notices from generating from that point onward. 

    For any tax notices already created you will need to mark them as 'Not Required'.

    If you are still requiring assistance, I recommend contacting our NZ tax customer support team who can look into this further for you!

Hey Philip!

 

Could you please navigate to the client settings and select 'No' on if this client is a tax client? This will mark the client as a non-tax client going forward

Yes they are all marked with no but all appear on listings for tax notices, any other suggestions?
