Detail custom reports in report packs

I tried to add a custom general ledger detail report (without tax, open and closing balances) into a report pack but it collapses in the report pack. Any ideas or is this a bug?

Hi trudy2340​,

 

Seems like that custom General Ledger detail’s getting squashed in the pack, bit of a pain. I’d suggest try saving it as its own template and adding, check the pack’s summary/collapse settings, and make sure page breaks aren’t forcing a roll‑up. If it still collapses on the latest building,  jump on our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and the team can double-check what's going on for you.
