MYOB Acumatica- File Transfer TFN Decs to the ATO

Hi.  I understand the move to STP phase 2 typically negates the need to file transfer TFN Decs to the ATO however now with PayDay Super it has become necessary again.  When a new employee commences employment and they say they don't have a superfund we are supposed to check for any stapled funds.  We can't check for stapled funds without first creating a link at the ATO between our employee and ourselves.  In the past we could wait until after the first pay event to create the link then request the stapled fund search from the ATO.  How do we go about this now?  If we pay monthly, we don't have time to have a pay event, wait for the response for the ATO re the stapled fund and then if they don't have one help them set up a superfund with our default account, and then still meet the statutory requirements for PayDay super deadlines.  Therefore, we need to be able to upload TFN Decs to create the link between us and the employee.  How do we do this please as the functionality for this doesn't seem to be there......
