MYOB Uploads Errors

What is going on with MYOB Uploads/In Tray at the moment. For the last 3 days I've had documents that simply don't upload, they just keep scanning and others that do Upload but MYOB doesn't recognise the information (supplier name, invoice number etc.)

 

There are suppliers that I've been uploading for months/years and this problem has just started to happen. It's on both the desktop and browser version of Account Right and MYOB Business.

 

Can someone from Tech Support have a look at this issue and resolve it. Please

    My Client just emailed me to say the same has happened to her. Sounds like another bug in the latest update. MYOB you are making businesses lives really difficult and it is costly - not good during a cost of living crises. You need better testing before you release these endless updates that stuff something else up.
