I'm genuinely sorry for the late reply, and for how long this has taken to resolve. This isn’t the experience we want for you. The issue connecting BAS with the ATO has now been resolved. When you have a moment, please give it another try and see if everything is now working as expected. We appreciated your patience while this was worked through.
