Gst report not rolling to next 2 month period

Hi _ I have tried to get support from this from phone support and no luck - they could not assist. when trying to access my GST and Provincial tax report - (we file manually) the 2 month period is n...

    Hi Horses 

    You will need to roll the financial year forward to 2022 - you will find your file is still sitting in 2021.

    Go to setup - compay information to confirm "current financial year"

    Then take a backup of your file - name it as such EOY2021-xxxx

    Then go to File - Close a financial year and roll it forward to 2022.
