Unable to select the correct period to file GST return

I am preparing the GST return using MYOB account right Premier. However, the correct period end (Apr 25 to May 25) does not appear in the dropdown list. When we started a new financial year last year, I selected the option to keep all records, but I believe we may have now reached the three-year max data limit.

As our accountant is still working on the EOFY 2025 report, we are unable to start a new financial year at this stage. Could someone kindly advise what we should do to proceed and prepare the GST return for the period Apr 25 to May 25?

    Hi @TMLK726

You will need to do another "Start a new financial Year" to bring the file into the 2025 year.

Alternately - you can use the GST Detail or summary report to get the figures and complete the return manually

    HI TML726

Check in Setup - company information - and see what the system says your current financial year is. As long as it is 2025 - then "next year" is 2025-26, so your GST periods should show. I suspect it is still 2024?

The current Financial Year is 2024.
so is there anyway, we can prepare the GST return for period end (Apr 25 to May 25)?
