Thanks for following up. Most reports are available as print or PDF rather than full CSV exports, but our team can take a closer look and give you more expert help with what’s possible. You can reach them through any of the support options on our contact page.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have any luck with your team/helpdesk, which is disappointing given that ACE Payroll is being discontinued and we have no choice but to extract the information in order to transition to a new payroll system.
For anyone else who may be looking for assistance with the data extraction, we found a company called The PayMasters who offer this service. They have now completed an extraction for us, which has been a great help.
