Deleting or removing pays from NZ desktop
Hi,
How do I delete two weekly pay runs from the old NZ MYOB desktop payroll system (see screen shot)?
While we were switching over to new NZ Acumatica payroll system I actioned parallel pay runs...

Hi Bullswool,
I can see why you’d want to tidy those pays up for EOFY. Because they’re already processed payroll history (and came across as part of the migration), they can’t be deleted in NZ Payroll desktop. The neat workaround is to reverse them so they net to zero and don’t affect your EOFY reports; roll back to that pay date, enter a matching negative pay for each one, and finalise it like a normal pay to cancel them out cleanly.
