Electronic payment
Hi I cannot get the electronic payment system working. It says "the linked account cannot be used for eletronic payment." I definitly chose the "electronic clearing account" and I cannot figure ...

Thanks for posting your concern and welcome to the Community Forum.
I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with processing electronic payments. In my understanding, this error only comes up if the linked accounts of your file are not set properly. I would suggest checking the Accounting > Manage linked accounts > Accounts and Banking tab window and making sure that the Bank account for electronic payment is set as an Electronic clearing account. After that, you can try and see if the issue has been fixed.

Thank you for your answer. Yes definitly did what you mentioned. I am NZ based. I just could not figure it out what went go wrong. Can you please look into this for me? Screenshot attached
