Not sure if you solved this - but try being out of Outlook when yiu email payslips, or visa versa.
Alos try the other options available. This is normally the first sign that emailing payslip will become a pain, and you need to look at upgrading software to something else.

Problem was solved by reinstalling the pdf writer that MYOB uses. an upgrade by windows caused the existing one to be corrupted. Sorry should have updated my post.Hi Helen_Meikle
