Moving from MYOB Payroll

As MYOB Payroll ends in March 2026, we have signed up with another supplier. 

Is there a way you can backup your files so you have records to go back to if for some reason in the future I need to? 

Everything has been transferred over and hs been running side-by-side for the past month or so, but I'd still like to be able to access past records in the future - not just have a bunch of paper reports. 

Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how?

    Hi RachelCSL,

     

    Totally fair question. You're definitely not alone in wanting a safety net before MYOB Payroll wraps up in March 2026. MYOB Payroll doesn't have a full backup feature like AccountRight, so there isn't a way to restore the file later on. That said, you can absolutely keep copies of your important info so you've got something solid to fall back on.
