I asked the question re job costing in payroll as well (when they first advised of the decommissioning) I only just heard back from them last Friday & still didn't receive an answer to my question, it just seemed like a standard response. Not very helpful to me either as its forced me to look for another payroll provider.

 

The current desktop Payroll that you are using now will be retired by April 2026.

The software that replaces is Business payroll only(which is  a cloud based software).
