myob payroll not sending payslips

just done a windows update and i am getting the below error come up when i try email payslips: i am already running as administrator and have restarted multiple times. before i tried run as a...

    Hi Simpkin99 

     

    In the cases, I have seen of 'Error Code 0x80080005: Server Execution Failed' message you can normally select the other option in the email window and those emails will send successfully. For example, if you have selected "Send via Outlook 2013 or above" change the email option to be "Send via Email Software" before attempting to send those emails. I would also recommend trying with Outlook open and closed.
