Exporting to Excel and sending payslips

Hello Everyone,

I am having issues exporting reports in accountright to Excel. Nothing happens when i ask it to export. it give no error.

The same thing happen when sending payslips through outlook. I have had to revert to sending them through MYOB.

I know there were issues with the new outlook, however i am using the classic one.

I have cleared the cache after looking on this forum, however nothing is working.

Thank you in advance.

  • Hi Shaylee , the next thing to try is a quick repair of Office. Steps to follow:

Step 1: Close AccountRight and All Office Apps

Close Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and any other Office programs, including background processes VIU IT Help.

    Step 2: Open Windows Settings

Windows 10/11: Right‑click the Start button → Apps & features (or Installed apps).

Alternatively, press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter Microsoft Support+1.

    Step 3: Locate Microsoft Office

Search for Microsoft 365 (or your Office version, e.g., Office 2021).

Click the three dots (Windows 11) or Modify button (Windows 10) next to it Microsoft Support+1.

    Step 4: Choose Quick Repair

In the Modify window, select Quick Repair (not Online Repair, unless a quick repair did not succeed).

Tip: Quick Repair is faster but may not fix all issues; use Online Repair if Quick Repair fails

Re-open AccountRight and try the reports again.
