SAFF file export

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;Are we now able to generate SAFF file? We need this file to upload to a commercial clearing house. I found answers from MYOB staff from 3-4 years ago to say MYOB did not support it, but wondered if there has been any updates in the area.&nbsp;FYI we are unable to use PaySuper function as MYOB does not accept WPN in place of ABN to use the platform.

Hi SEC232​,Currently, we are still unable to support SAFF files. Because the payment is processed directly in MYOB, no file will be generated in Pay Super.Regards,Earl

Hi gavin12345​&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you for your kind suggestion. We use an online file. We have found clearing houses that allows us to use a customised contribution file, so we should be OK.Thanks again :)
