Can AccountRight export a SAFF file for a third-party clearing house?

Hi Team,

 

Can AccountRight export a SAFF file or contribution file for upload to a third-party clearing house?

 

I can see the Pay Superannuation option, but it directs me to the MYOB Pay Super sign-up process.

 

Could you please confirm whether AccountRight supports exporting a contribution file for use outside MYOB Pay Super?

    Hi YICC,

    Good question! At this stage, AccountRight doesn’t support exporting a SAFF file or contribution file for upload to a third-party clearing house when using the newer Pay Superannuation process. In the current AccountRight versions, once the payment is authorised, it’s processed directly through MYOB, so there isn’t a separate export file created for use outside MYOB Pay Super.
