Timesheet not pulling through to the payrun

I have had a number of pay runs where some hours have not pulled through to the pay run. I have checked the timesheet and the hours are there but not included in the pay run.   I have checked all details on the staff concerned and all appears correct.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I would really like an answer as I am having to do separate pay runs days later and staff are unhappy.  My latest experience was payrun 15.06.2024 and I have had to do another pay run this morning.

    Hi Suzannabobanna,

     

    Thanks for sharing what happened and what you did to get it to show. Timesheet hours can be missing from a pay for a couple of reasons (see the FAQs in this link). If you’ve checked those and everything looks right, but the hours still aren’t showing, a quick refresh like you did can do the trick. For the super amounts not showing in the Pay Super window, it often comes down to "Pay directly from AccountRight" not being ticked. Also double-check the date range covers the actual pay dates, and that the super fund categories are set up correctly. If after these checks it’s still not showing in Pay Super, our team can take a closer look. You can jump on live chat with our virtual assistant MOCA, or log a support ticket in My Account, whatever works best for you.

  • I have recently this problem also. However when I ran my pay on the 3/11/25, timesheets on a few pays outside my pay period pull through.  The pay from and to dates were correct on the pay.  We use the timesheets to plot in leave taken and leave on the timesheets after the 3/11/25 were appearing on my payroll.  This happened on 3 employees. I exited the pay each time and started a new payrun and it corrected itself. These issues commonly happen after an update has occured. I also have superannuation contributions that dont appear on the pay super screen for some employees.  3 staff to date have not had super pull through to the pay super screen and I've had to pay the super guarantee values for them. Its only those 3 staff out of all our personell that it does it on.  They all have superannuation guarantee ticked and super is being paid on STP correctly. Its only done this in one of my datafiles.

    It sounds like you're experiencing some frustration with timesheet hours not pulling through to your pay runs. To refresh the screen and ensure all hours show up when processing pay runs, try this quick fix: In the Process Payroll window, change the dates forward by one day and then back to the original date. This should update the screen in the background and display the timesheets correctly. If you continue to encounter issues, please let us know so we can assist further.
