Will bookkeepers and accountants who are supporting the same client be able to collaborate, or will data sharing be restricted?

I'm asking this, so you don't have to. The answer will be posted shortly and grouped into a list of FAQs for easy reference

    Yes. A Solo user can add up to 2 accountants/bookkeepers or tax agents to access their file.

    When a Solo user invites a practice to the Solo file, the practice administrator can invite others within their practice to also collaborate on the file.
