User (Bookkeeper) unable to see Uploads
Hi - just setting up MYOB and user (given Bookkeeper access) unable to see the receipts uploaded?
they are effectively seeing a blank screen and not linked to business in which I invited them?
any suggestions as to possible cause?
(FYI - I thought possibly MacBook issue as this is what the were originally accessing with but still getting same result using Windows).
