User (Bookkeeper) unable to see Uploads

Hi - just setting up MYOB and user (given Bookkeeper access) unable to see the receipts uploaded?

they are effectively seeing a blank screen and not linked to business in which I invited them?

any suggestions as to possible cause?

(FYI - I thought possibly MacBook issue as this is what the were originally accessing with but still getting same result using Windows).

    If you are unable to see uploaded invoices, it is likely due to browser caching issues. I would recommend on clearing your browsers cache and history or try using a different browser.
