User (Bookkeeper) unable to see Uploads

Hi

uodated User settings for bookkeeper and they are not able to see uploaded invoices to process?

I can see (owner/administratot) but they are effectively seeing a blank screen.

they use MacBook which I thought the problem was but they have also tried Windows and still the same?

any ideas/suggestions welcomed.
