Thank you for your post. We have been made aware of a situation that causes some fields to not show a dollar ( $ ) symbol when printing or emailing a form.
I'm not sure if this will work in this specific situation, but some users have found a workaround where you insert a text box in front of the field and enter a dollar sign to line up with the start of the rate field.
