AccountRight importing sales item

Now I tried to use the sales items template to import the data to MYOB, once I imported, the message said 0 transaction import without error, which mean imported or not, anyone can help?   Annie Sh...

Hi AnnieShea,

Thanks for your post, and I apologize for the delay in responding. We have an online script available to resolve this issue. Could you please provide the last four digits of your Serial Number and Company File ID?

Hi Earl

 

Thanks for the respones, our serial number last 4 digits is 5220 and you mention Company file ID, what this means?  I got 1 and 13 which is MYOB given to me to define which company name, is that OK?
