AccountRight importing sales item

Now I tried to use the sales items template to import the data to MYOB, once I imported, the message said 0 transaction import without error, which mean imported or not, anyone can help?   Annie Sh...

Hi Earl

 

Thanks for the respones, our serial number last 4 digits is 5220 and you mention Company file ID, what this means?  I got 1 and 13 which is MYOB given to me to define which company name, is that OK?

Thank you for the information. I have implemented the script on your file to resolve the issue. I recommend logging out and then logging back in to check if the problem persists.
