You're spot on — being able to attach documents like purchase orders, directly to sales orders in AccountRight would make life heaps easier. A user has already suggested this on our Product Ideas page (here), so if you haven’t already, we’d recommend heading over and casting your vote — the more support it gets, the more likely the product team will look at including it in a future update.
