BPAY Customer Reference missing on Statements

Hi CarolineH_2027, 

 

I checked and couldn't find any cases similar to yours. It might be best to reach out to support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA so they can help troubleshoot why the reference number isn't appearing.

 

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
