Can't delete transactions

Hey annbrinck,

Thanks for confirming that the "Transactions can’t be changed; they must be reversed" option is not ticked and that you're the file Administrator. Another couple of reasons why transactions like payments, purchase orders or sales can’t be deleted are:

• If they fall within a locked period.
• If they sit outside your current financial year.

If either applies, the transaction will need to be reversed instead of deleted. This link explains the rules around deleting transactions and what to check.
