Can you please check if the item register is showing the correct cost of value for this item ? Or if the item's cost of sale value is correct in the item's list but incorrect for this specific job ?Hi Komal
The item register has the Amount as $26,000 which is correct, however the Current Value is $30,000 which isn't correct. Ive attached a pic

Thanks for attaching the screenshot. We are aware of a glitch with the Items Register window where the values can sometimes be incorrect and not the true reflection. Can you please run the Items Register report and check if the values are correct there. If not, please send us your product serial number by Private Message as we will need further information to investigate this further.
