I'm having a similar issue. I was using the Account Right cloud version with no issues. Went to email & print an invoice and the custom invoice is not available for selection in the drop down menu, just the standard MYOB ones.
I can see the custom invoice in set up / customize forms / invoices / service. I can see the customer card file has a default setting to the customized invoice.
Why is the customized invoice no longer available to select?

Thanks for outlining the steps you've taken— that helps point us in the right direction. Customised invoices forms created in AccountRight won't appear in the browser version, and the same goes the other way— customised invoices forms made in the browser version aren't available in the AccountRight. Since you need to use your customised forms, you'll need to open and print the invoice directly from the AccountRight.

I'm confused as to why our customized invoice form is no longer the default (as we set the card file to) and why it's no longer appearing in the list to be selected now (we never had to select it before as it was our default, as per card file). It used to be there and work just fine. We have done nothing different to have it disappear. Could you please advise?

Customised forms are saved within the company file, so another user might have accidentally removed them. If you have a backup file from a week ago or older, you can restore it locally to see if the customised form is still in that version. If it is, you can then export the form and import it into your current file. You can read through this link as it provides general information on how the forms are handled in the software.

Are you sure about that.....all my AR Premier customised invoices created in the desktop software also appear in the browser online version. True about the reverse, browser created/customised versions created invoices don't appear in AR Premier Desktop.

I'm sorry for the confusion. Although the desktop templates can be found in the browser version, they can't be used from the browser version of AccountRight due to product limitations. If you think it would be a great feature, feel free to suggest it on the Ideas Exchange board, so other users can vote for it.

GenreveSorry, but when using the browser version, I can email an older AR Premier customised invoice, and it looks exactly the same once received.
If I try and print the same invoice from the browser version it is cut as it only prints invoices in portrait format, which for the life of me I do not understand has this limitation.
