Customise forms greyed out.

Hi...customising forms in Setup has greyed out so is no longer accessible. Have recently begun having trouble accessing Company File and having to go long way around, access by phone. 

  • Through Live Chat have received emailed company file that has been the solution. Thank you.

    Hi minky1,

    If the "Customise Forms" option is greyed-out, the issue might be related to your access or role within the software. Since you were able to access it on the browser or mobile phone, this issue might be related to your AccountRight cache. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid some software discrepancies. Clear your AccountRight cache.

      Hi Earl,

       

      Thank you for your reply. Before I sent that email I disabled firewall, deleted cache etc. trying to log in via email to no avail. But am able to log in via phone only by using file that you emailed to me about this time last year when last week just logged in automatically. As far as I can tell am still able to post transactions etc. only Setup - Customise Forms is disabled and greyed out. Hopefully just a new file from you may fix, just surprising some areas still able to be posted to, so far anyway. Is always this time of year that access drops completely and am unable to open Company File.... Cheers.... Llon.

        Hi there minky1,

         

        Clearing the AccountRight cache usually helps resolve issues with customised forms appearing greyed out. Since that didn't do the trick on your end, it's best to get in touch with our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They'll be able to assist you more.
