Deposit paid before invoice

Hi there! 

We just ordered a new trailer & paid deposit to the Supplier.

Trailer won't be ready for pick up until February next year.

Could you please advise best way to enter into MYOB the deposit payment 

to Supplier when there is no invoice yet?
