Thank you for your post.
We appreciate you expressing your concern for us. In this matter, we have clients who are now requesting that statements go to a different email address to where you email the invoices and to date when emailing statements from the MYOB app. You can only manually change the email address when at the email stage or print the statement and manually email it to a different address. We will pass this on to the relevant teams but will also recommend posting this as a suggestion on our Ideas Exchange board as that is reviewed by developers while considering the product.

This is a basic need for any current billing system to have. Any mid to large size business now has different areas to their billing system. Electronic receipt of invoices into many of our larger clients have different statement and invoice emails we are required to send to. This is now becoming a significant enough issue for us that we are looking at changing billing products to another supplier.

I agree, this is such a simple and common most other accounting packages have. That is the reason we are now looking to transition to a different account package. Potentially Zero, plus they have better financial reporting platforms.
