This is a basic need for any current billing system to have. Any mid to large size business now has different areas to their billing system. Electronic receipt of invoices into many of our larger clients have different statement and invoice emails we are required to send to. This is now becoming a significant enough issue for us that we are looking at changing billing products to another supplier.
I agree, this is such a simple and common most other accounting packages have. That is the reason we are now looking to transition to a different account package. Potentially Zero, plus they have better financial reporting platforms.
