Does MYOB Take care of the corresponding entry?

Hi all,&nbsp;I've been instructed to "pay the bills"... I haven't yet been given access to their MYOB so I'm just researching to get an idea.The bills relate to stock for the store,&nbsp;I don't know if they have entered the invoices in the purchases module or if i have to do this before actually paying?In the case that they havent inputted the purchases in the purchase module,&nbsp;does MYOB take care of the corresponding entry to DR Inventory and GST? Or do I have to do this?&nbsp;Thank you all:)A

Hi&nbsp;hakymi021&nbsp;&nbsp;The purchase must be entered first, as the Pay Bills transaction must be linked to the Purchase transaction.&nbsp;When an Item Purchase is entered, provided the Items have been set up correctly, MYOB will post the transactions to Payables, GST and Inventory. You can review the transaction before processing&nbsp;by using Edit &gt; Recap Transaction.&nbsp;RegardsGavin
