Email activity for Customer Statements
Why is it not an option to view the email activity when we send Customer Statements out? Its available for invoices and quotes so why not for Statements too. I have just found out that statement...

The Online Invoicing feature enables the tracking of when the sent invoices are viewed and paid, this doesn't include statements. If you'd like to see this sent statements being tracked as well, I'd suggest submitting it as an idea on the Idea Exchange board, so other interested users can also comment and vote on it, it'll greatly help our developers to identify trends and prioritise their work.
Meanwhile, you may look into setting up unpaid invoice summaries to keep your customers updated.
